Does it work without internet?
Yes, completely. Selling, printing and reports all run locally. The internet is used for the first activation and for cloud sync only; if it drops, selling continues and data uploads automatically when it returns.
What does it cost, and is there a yearly fee?
One plan at SAR 900 paid once, for life, including updates, support, setup and training. No yearly or monthly fee, and no hidden charges.
Can I try it before buying?

If the device fails or I uninstall, do I lose my data?
No. Your data uploads to our servers automatically and also has a local encrypted copy. Install on the new machine, enter the same key, choose "Restore my data" — items, invoices, customers and settings all come back.
Can I import my items from Excel?
Yes. Upload an xlsx of your items and we show you exactly what will happen before any change. Matching is by barcode then name, so an existing item is updated rather than duplicated.
How many devices can I run?
3 devices in the shop, synced automatically, each selling even if its own connection drops. The system is designed for a single branch.
Which printers does it support?
Any thermal printer with a Windows driver, or a network printer on port 9100. The receipt is rendered by the display engine so Arabic comes out correctly joined — never broken or reversed.
Does it handle VAT?
No. The system is entirely non-VAT: it neither calculates VAT nor issues tax invoices. If your business is VAT-registered you need a system approved by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority.
