Terms and Conditions

You are buying a perpetual licence to use MSAD POS for SAR 900, paid once. The licence has no expiry date and no yearly or monthly subscription.

The licence includes: the complete program with all its features, the updates we release, technical support, setup and training, and cloud sync.

The licence covers a single business location (one branch) and runs on at most 3 devices in that same shop.

You own your data entirely. We own the software; buying it does not transfer ownership to you.

Sharing the licence key with another business, selling it, or using it in more than one branch.

Attempting to decrypt, modify, or bypass the licence verification of the software.

We reserve the right to suspend a licence proven to breach the above, after notifying you and giving you a chance to correct it. Your data remains yours in every case and we enable you to export it.

The trial is 3 days on the complete system, with no card, once per device. Reinstalling does not grant a new trial.

Buying while the trial is still running earns a 15% discount, bringing the price to SAR 765. Eligibility ends when the trial ends.

Technical support is available on WhatsApp and by phone during business hours; we aim to respond within one business day.

Support covers: running the program, connecting printers, restoring data, and explaining features. It does not cover: repairing your hardware or network, or repeatedly entering your data on your behalf.

Updates arrive automatically at no cost. We do not guarantee every future feature will be free if it requires ongoing third-party running costs, and we will tell you in advance if that arises.

The system is non-VAT: it does not calculate VAT, does not issue tax invoices, and is not integrated with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority. If your business is VAT-registered you are responsible for using an approved system, and we bear no responsibility for using this one outside what it was built for.

We do our utmost to keep the software working correctly and test it before every release. Even so, our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

You are responsible for taking backups. The program takes them automatically and makes them easy, but keeping a copy off the device remains your responsibility.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is heard before the competent judicial authority there.
