How do I print barcode labels for my items?

Plain A4 sticker sheets or a thermal label printer.

  1. From the Items screen tap "Barcode labels". Filter the items first (by category, say) and they arrive in the dialog ready.
  2. Select items and set how many labels each needs — we suggest the stock balance as a starting point.
  3. Pick a layout: A4 sticker sheets (24, 40 or 65 labels per sheet), or a thermal roll at 40×30 or 50×30 mm.
  4. Print directly, or save a PDF to print at a print shop on thicker paper.
  5. An item with no barcode prints a label with name and price only — add a barcode from the item card to print it in full.
